I was okay with this company until recently. They were sending me emails about watering the yard, and took a picture of it. When I emailed them about it, I got no reply. I wanted to know when they would be out next for the second treatment of my tree when I got a call about a week or so later to tell me they don't notify people when they do treatment. To Whom it may Concern… First of all Tree Green does respond to every email and phone call the day it comes in but if it comes in late in the day, then no later than the following day. We are 100% focused on customer service and we have always operated this way. We are famous for our quick return contacts and getting to the properties quickly.
