If you are in the country illegally, have a record, or involved in criminal activity, this is a great rental company for you. They will sign a lease to anyone as long as you have the money. Just be careful because they will lie to your face in order to get you to sign the contract. Juan Santiago Alvarez lied to me about the condition of a property, and then tried to force me to move into a dirty unit. Made the move fast and easy
I reached out about a property listed with Treasure Property Group and agent Luban Quiceno, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was slow and unprofessional. When I asked to view the property, I was told it was “under review for other clients” and was flatly denied a showing. That response was both dismissive and inappropriate.
