I reached out about a property listed with Treasure Property Group and agent Luban Quiceno, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was slow and unprofessional. When I asked to view the property, I was told it was “under review for other clients” and was flatly denied a showing. That response was both dismissive and inappropriate. Keeping deposit money from the ppl who being paying rent on time and taking care of the place without shame!!!
Worst company to work with! They took all my deposit(2000$), claiming it's for various repairs which are normal wear and tear(painting) and never provided any of the receipts!!! Always better to rent with the landlord and avoid management groups like this!
