Keeping deposit money from the ppl who being paying rent on time and taking care of the place without shame!!!
Worst company to work with! They took all my deposit(2000$), claiming it's for various repairs which are normal wear and tear(painting) and never provided any of the receipts!!! Always better to rent with the landlord and avoid management groups like this!
Beware of these scam artists. They are rude and condescending. They will lie to cover for each other. Adam Narkier the office manager is a negative and mad person. You do not want to get involved with this business.
