I went in for an inspection and was told that I needed a new power steering pump at a cost of $600. I declined, went to another station, and my car passed. Will U ever go there again. I think not!
Horrible customer service. I waited for 4 hours for service just for them to tell me the mechanic had to leave. I was told my ticket would be left open and instructed to bring my car back when the center opens to be first in line. I arrived when the store opened and explained the situation to the manager he shrugged his shoulders and told me although they open at 7:30 the mechanic wouldn't be in until 9:30 and I'd still be 5th in line.
