I got 2 tires. They broke the retaining ring that holds my hubcap on. They said it was already broke but if that’s true, my hubcap would have came off when I drove it up there. Very sad how they handled this. No restitution. No compensation. No apologies. Now I’m riding around missing a hubcap.
I've been to this location twice and both times I've had amazing service. I was also a walk-in. They were able to patch or replace my tire(s) quickly, in less than an hour. I highly recommend this location. Fyi.....get the road hazard add-on if you buy tires. It more than paid for itself, in my experience.
Tells me they can't do a tire repair because my truck is too big??? It's a standard f150, and you all have done tire repairs on it before. Wtf????
