The oil change price was outrageous! I was quoted $49.99 when I scheduled the appointment, but it ended up being $150. It was supposed to come with a "complimentary " tire rotation. My tires definitely were NOT rotated. I know because I have a nail in my front, driver side tire and it was still on the front, driver side when I got my vehicle after service. I didn't notice it at first because the nail side was down but when I came home, there it was.
I want to give these guys at Thetirechoice a 5 star for going out of there way to fix my car, Store Manager Mason Miller, and Kameran were awesome, Thank you guys for getting me back on the road again, Highly Recommended
Took my wife’s Subaru Forester in to replace the tires and they installed 225/55R18 tires instead of the tires that was on it 225/60R18 without telling me. I called them yesterday and ask for the manager and he was supposed to call me back. Still no phone call
