Just left Mr.Tire auto service centers here in holland rd. I didn’t even get to get my car serviced due to a very incompetent customer service lady. I went to put half down on tires that I needed to order. Looked at my receipt (invoice) it has a different customers name and car issue, with my cars work to be done and my half down payment. Asked her if I can have her clear all that up where she replied she didn’t know how to. Fine, asked for a complete refund. Well guess what, she doesn’t know how to do that either.
