Took about 2 hours or more to get my tires changed today. I EXPLICITLY told the front desk worker I wanted my old Toyo Open country tires after the tire change. I get to my truck and ask the worker where my old tires are and get told to pull around to the back. I get around back and 2 of my 4 old tires were nowhere to be found. I asked the front desk what was going to happen about my $600 dollars worth of missing tires and was told "sorry here's a phone number to call. Ordered the tire I needed, had it installed the following day.
I thought they did a great job repairing the tire, however, thought the price was a little high.
Excellent service ...Went in for an inspection and was in and out 30 minutes tops. DEFINITELY will be my go to from now on....Thank You Mr. Tire
