Waited 30 minutes for tire guy to come back from getting something to eat. And then he took a customer that came in after me first. While I waited another 45 minutes.
Kevin and the technician (J Kanada) were awesome. Absolutely under promised and over delivered. Came in at 5:00PM on a Friday to make an appointment for tires and state inspection but instead they were able to do it that day. Kevin was also able to get me a deal on the tires to save $100. He also identified some recommended services I didn't need so saved me even more. Highly recommend this store.
Fantastic work. I had a flat tyre on my way back home while I was driving at around 65 mph. This was the first time I encountered a flat tyre. Got the spare replaced first and drove straight to Mr. Tire to get the tyre repaired or replaced. TBH I was really worried and expecting to see a huge bill. Not only they provided a quick service but they waive off my bill. They really made my day. I didn't catch the name of the people who worked on my car but a huge shout out to them. They will overcharge you. An oil change was $185.
They do great, always friendly. No fox news on in the waiting room or honestly, I would have left. My only complaint is when you call the scheduling number they quote you at least $40-50 less because they don't include any "fees". And the $10 rebate after nowhere to submit, and calling the company is just a rebate to use at their valvoleen locations. So, maybe instead of lying about the price to get you scheduled and in the door just take the $10 off at the time of service. I despise run around deceptive advertising.
