shady. Took my car in to have a flat tire fixed, they didn't fix it & damaged all four of my hubcaps. When I brought the car in for them to "fix" again. They told me there was one person ahead after 2 1/2 hours it was clear they had forgotten about my car. I said something and since I wasn't paying again for a job they claimed they already did I wasn't a priority. I will never go here again.
Rip off!!! First I want to say one star is to much credit for this company. I took my 2006 Ford F-150 STX model which is in prestige condition (and only gets driven on the weekends because I drive a van all week) to these guys for an inspection only because they were right by my home. I decieded to drop it off because I had to work. They had the vehicle 20 miutes and called me and told me I needed front ball joints at the price of $556.17. Slipshod work This placed damaged the rims of my $70K, BMW during tire installation. I talked to and showed the manager and assistant manager my damaged rim which was incurred during tire installation on November 29, 2012. They did not correctly balance all four of my tires as well. I had my tires re-balanced correctly at another business! Both individuals denied culpability. This place produces extremely slipshod work. (Edited December 08, 2012)
Great Experience! Treats me well! I went expecting to order and pay for a new steel wheel after I smashed up my tire rim. They could have ordered a wheel for me and made a profit, but instead Ted repaired my rim for free and had his worker, Dwight, reinstall and mount tire back on my car, again all for free. This is the second time I have been there expecting to pay, and found them saying, "Oh that's a quick fix. No charge." When I DO need a substantial fix, this is where I will go. They won't take advantage of me.
Service what can I say. It was great, the manager was the most helpfull. Im new in town and he made everything smooth and easy.The prices where unbelivable, I saved enough to keep me coming back for all my auto needs. Well done all auto shops should be this good . JOB WELL DONE
