I took my truck in to get an inspection after I had just gotten all of my brakes replaced, plus my radiator & a few other things. I get a call back and they tell me that i’m going to need all 4 brakes replaced because they're pretty bad. Mind you again, i replaced all 4 brakes literally just the day before. You can see the shiny new parts through my giant rims. They also tell me my whole frame is rusted (fyi i got an undercoat when i first bought my truck.) Terrence at the Indian River location epitomizes excellent customer service. He called the other store to verify I had road hazard coverage and make sure the other store had my tire before he sent me there. Nicholas at the Independence location was a pleasure to work with, too. I bought my tires there six months ago and I had a great experience then. Customer service is what keeps me coming back.
Great customer service and Very Helpful
I've been going there for over a year. I've purchased tires and had other services like tire rotation and inspection, tire repair I went there last week because I heard a noise under near the tires. They found that there was stabilizer bar problem. They fixed it on the same day. The service is Great!
After paying $2500 for repairs returned next day for a ticking sound from engine that was not there before or ever have owned vehicle for 13yrs was charged without notice for diagnostic machine $99 and for adding lucas lubricate $80 no notification by staff until picking the vehicle up of the $187 cost. Engine still has a tick as well as bad customer service.
