The reason for writing this letter is to explain the level of dishonesty displayed and weaponized against me by this physician’s office, and specifically their receptionist. I made a total of 2 calls to the office in an attempt to schedule surgery, 4 days apart. Both calls were completely and 100% professional , and did not raise my voice , use profanity, and was not rude or disrespectful in any way. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jory Smith PA-C. I've had severe knee pain for years and it has become unbearable. Jory listened, carefully reviewed my x-rays and medical history. He was honest about insurance coverage and requirements. He was also realistic about how non-mobility is not an option. I have a ways to go, but he helped me understand that he and Dr. Hollander would do everything they could to help me walk freely again. His kindness restored hope.
Dr. Hollander was able to restore 90% function of my right shoulder with rotator cuff and labrum repair since 1 year post OP. There is a very "slight" amount of arthritis and "popping" but to be expected from normal wear and tear before surgery.
The surgery team did a beautiful job on my broken elbow. It healed very well and I do not need Physical Therapy. My family uses TC Orthopedics when we have an unfortunate need.
