It was great to hear the history of the family, both before and after the sound of music. The scenery is gorgeous. The icing on the cake was being able to ask questions of a von Trapp family member, Sam. It is well worth the the price of the tour. Plus you can walk around the property, too. It was a beautiful place to visit.
Beautiful views! Lots to do on property and in the area. The staff could not have been any nicer. Conner the bell captain was exceptional. He obviously loves his job. The only problem is the rooms could use an update. But would highly recommend as our experience was great.
When I can fly anywhere in the World, free, but I choose to drive, to Heaven on Earth! :-) :-) :-)
Lovely place, great history, beautiful grounds but dates. Could definitely use updating.
