I bought some flexible ducting with their assistance. This was a common stock item. It ended up being the wrong size. I tried to return the unopened undamaged merchandise 2 days later. I was told ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. Maybe you should make that clear at the time of sale.
Great customer service and knowledge.
Amazing group! I needed two parts and they had one but helped me locate the other. Got a customer for life!
High quality A/C equipment. Very good service.
