Total Rip off ! We send a TK unit with low refrigeration signs, Mr. Tajan in Service department charged us $504.50 just for diagnostic which was done under one hour. He tried to take advantage as the trailer was loaded. Avoid this place !
Great Service, only took 4 hours to complete a reefer battery change and weld a nut on a tensioner for the low price of $1000. Would highly recommend the service department!!
Please avoid coming here. This location doesn't represent thermoking reputation. They'll take advantage of you.
Be careful they're very dishonest. $1627.20 to replace a battery.
