I had a totally 10+ experience with Transitowne Hyundai. Our sales person was Chris Banning and he was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative without being overbearing. The General Sales Manager Kyle Faulkner also assisted in getting us the car that we really wanted for the price that we were willing to pay. Over the years we have dealt with many new car dealerships and our experience with Transitowne Hyundai has been the best yet!!! Give these guys a try.....you won't be sorry.
If I could give no stars I would! I was highly angered and offended by the blatant ignorance today. I was completely ignored by the sales staff after exiting my car with my two children and looking around at cars. I actually waited several minutes and then went inside. It was stated that they didn't see me. WRONG; I've purchased many cars; I know how it works. Im happy to say Dave Smith Ford has one less car on their lot and I have a very happy son with a brand new #FORD
I would not recommend any of my friends to go here. Bait and Switch tactics.....(car listed online was $2,500 cheaper then actual sticker price on the lot) Shady Salesmen with typical bs salesmen lines. I was ready to buy and was told a certain car was set aside for me for my 2nd test drive, Only to arrive and see the salesman about to take it on a test drive with another potential buyer 5 minutes after he called me. My daughter bought a Hyundai Sonata from transitowne and has had problems since she purchased it. From one problem to the next, not just minor problems either. Electrical, brake failure, steering issues, blower motor and the list goes on and on. Todate: 8 visits later, primary SAFETY issues have not been resolved!! My daughter purchased this vehicle from Transitowne primarily to have a dependable, reliable and SAFE vehicle to drive my two year old granddaughter around. Thank you Gina Kanaley for another wonderful Hyundai!! Don't think I'll ever buy another make of car in my life. I've owned my Vera Cruz for almost five years now, and thanks to free oil changes for life and your wonderful service team, my car is still like new!! Needed another car as I now will have another driver in the house and leased a brand new Sonata from Gina again (the world's best car saleswoman hands down!!!), and I absolutely love it!! Worst place ever to buy a car. Sales department will rip you off on price. And service department is very rude and told me to never come back after I had an issue with them. Would recommend people to stay away from them
