Like many people, I paid a lot of money to get my car from Transitowne and received "free oil changes for life" through them. They offer a multi-point inspection when you bring it to them, but they don't fill it out correctly. I just took my car on March 24th, and they wrote on my sheet my front tires are 7/32, way above the legal limit. I just took my car to a repair shop, and you can literally see the steel threads in my tire coming out. When you make an "appointment" at Transitowne Hyundai, that appointment really only applies to you. Every time I've been here, I end up sitting in the waiting room for 1 or 2 hours before they even start to look at my car. I'm going to just start taking my car to the local mechanic where they actually value my time, and I recommend others do the same.

This is my 3rd car that I have purchased from Transitowne Hyundai. Thanks to Kyle, Brad, Ashley, and Corey for making each of the purchases as smooth as possible. I have never had such an easy purchase of a car before. Even though I live in Jamestown New York they made it worth the drive for me to go up and purchase a car from them. Thanks again everyone!
