I have a 2018 *** ******that I lease from here for almost $600 a month. Since I have gotten the vehicle I have had to bring it in for service on the backup camera no less then 8x. Each time having to deal with taking time off work, getting rentals or dropped off by a shuttle and told it is fixed. Ive been told repetitively they fixed it, replaced the part, replaced my entire dashboard all for it to consistently not work. READ THIS! I'd give -5 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I've had nothing but problem after problem with my brand new vehicle. I've made over 7 service appointments since I purchased my car just a few weeks ago. The service department is absolutely awful and will actually bring MORE damage to your vehicle with each visit. BODY SHOP DID GREAT WORK. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REPLACEMENT WHEEL FOR 7 MONTHS. I CALL LEAVE MESSAGES. NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS. PARTS BLAMES BODY SHOP. BODY SHOP BLAMES SERVICE. END RESULT, JOB NOT COMPLETED. STILL WAITING.
This was the worst service I have received. While they were fixing my ****, it was rear ended on Monday, however I was not notified until Thursday, after I called for an update. I was then told by the Assistant manager that she went home sick Wednesday, but what about notifying me, Monday night, Tuesday, Thursday morning before I called. The repair shop was awesome. I have no intention on bringing my car back here ever. I will drive 30 min to Hamburg instead.
I have had an awful experience with Transittowne Kia. They have had my 2017 Kia *******with only 2000 miles for 10 days with no end in sight. They repeatedly have been asked to communicate and give us information and we have to repeatedly call to get information. worst experience buying vehicle
Terrible experience with Transitowne Jeep in West Seneca. Engine blew after only 5500 miles in a brand new Jeep Cherokee due to a manufactures defect. Filed a complaint with a Chrysler customer case manager who has been no help, blames the dealership for not contacting her and has said for the last 3 weeks she is hurrying the process. The car is still not fixed and sits at the dealership for a month now. The manager stated there was nothing he could do but promised to update me last Wednesday, and still no call.
