RecommendedI found Cathy on google after searching for a place to get a facial in Ames! I chose her after I saw she had 5/5 stars on google....and those reviews were completely RIGHT!! I have had facials before that have left my skin irritated and VERY red, but leaving this facial my skin already looked so much better and less red than before I came in. I have already recommended Cathy to several of my friends, and I will definitely be going back!
Very relaxing atmosphere. Also I loved the fact that I got to try some reset therapy, and craniosacral therapy, along with massage, to help with the pain I have been having! I felt so much better after!
I was looking for a place to ease into massages as I was a little nervous. My experience with Cathy was great! She was kind, caring and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. After my first session, I felt so relaxed, loose, and ready to enjoy the rest of my day. I've been going to Cathy since February and she is incredible! Every session, she ALWAYS checks in with me to see what I need and what kind of pressure I need that day. I always leave feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. The new relaxation room is awesome. Highly, highly recommend!!!
My experience definitely felt like one-of-a-kind! I've had professional massage at a few other places in Ames, but this by far was my favorite! We started with a Neuro-Reset, which helped immensely with my neck and upper back tension, along with the misalignment in my hips! New place near the mall has a lovely cozy feeling to it. Place is very welcoming and Cathy is great at knowing her stuff, as well as keeping up to date in the latest research! She's my first referral when people ask me where they should go specifically for therapeutic treatments related to massage.
I have been to many massage therapists and Cathy is by far the best. She is very personable, knows exactly how to help you relax and has great techniques. Her new space by the mall is an amazing relaxing atmosphere
Got my 1st hydrafacial today by Catherine!!! She's amazing!! She tells you everything that she's going to do and the wand works its magic by pulling the gunk out of your pores & adding antioxidants back in. My skin feels amazing and looks amazing! Thanks Catherine 😊
