Absolutely HORRIBLE. Not only are they awful when it comes to the actual services, the owners/management are completely unapologetic when they mess up. They have awful customer service. Do NOT go here.
bad all around just bad work
Horrible experience there!! Their employees need to be retrained 100% & they definitely NEED to take a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The owner Dawn is by far one of the rudest women that I have ever met. I will NEVER return there, EVER! & I hope that any other woman/man, whom wants their brows done there, sees this and chooses another place.
Did a horrible job on eyebrows and will not refund money and will not return her money for her next session.
Extremely disappointed!! Made an appointment online about a month ago for a spray tan for tonight. I received confirmation via email and text as recently as yesterday. This morning I got a call that my appointment had to be cancelled because the person it was scheduled with doesn’t even do that service! I scheduled this so far in advance for an out of town wedding. RecommendedI had a massage from Deb today; she did a thorough job of working out some kinks in my neck. This was a very targeted massage; exactly what you would need if you are looking to alleviate chronic pain. I will be back in a few weeks to keep my progress moving forward.
Spent a lot of money on microblading My eyebrows and did not notice a difference with both microblading sessions. They healed and looked the same (could not see the strokes). Spoke with the owner two times about not being satisfied and she understood but was unable to assist me in being unhappy. Also waited 35 minutes once for an appointment.
