These people are not professional by any means. They don’t even know how to shape an eyebrow. I would not recommend that you allow them to touch your face!
Didn’t do the job that i paid for and were no help in trying to resolve it. Would not recommend this place to anyone and won’t bother even trying to get my money back. Reported them to BBB and health department.
HORRIBLE place to get microblading done!!! Look at the attached pic!! A friend of mine had hers done there yesterday and they look AWFUL. The owner, Dawn, had the nerve to tell my friend that if she wanted her eyebrows done the way she likes them, then she should've kept filling them in with makeup. I'm sorry, what?!!! Her brows are SUPER even and they look like 2 COMPLETELY different brows (neither of which look good anyways!!) Terrible outcome of eyebrows done and refuses to give money back! Y’all should be ashamed to have someone leave your facility like this with your “work”
RecommendedI’ve been to Tranquility Spa & Salon multiple times now and i’ve always walked out satisfied. Macy does a wonderful job on everything she does, she takes time and put the effort in into her work and gives her customers what they want, she has amazing talent and has worked hard to get where she is today.
The people here are extraordinarily inconsiderate. They will ruin your brows and have the nerve to blame the customer who had no control of the situation.
Dont waste money here! Brows were very uneven and staff is rude!
