Low prices – I shop all over for pond supplies and nobody has lower prices than these guys. If you have a pond, give them a visit...great store.

Koi Care – Staff has great service and advice on Koi care and selection. Pond cleaning service suggestions and other fish stuff.

Wayyy overpriced; staff unhelpful... – I've gone to Tranquility for years, but when I came back this year, well something had happened - for the worse. The prices, while they have always been on the high side, are outrageous. Let me give you examples: Pond Salt at Petsmart: $6.99/Tranquility: $14.75; Muck vac on internet: $70 plus S/H; Tranquility: $139. I have been using Tranquility Ponds as my go to source for pond supplies for over 10 years. Never again. When I tried to return an item I never used WITH THE RECIEPT, they refused to return it, and then threatened to call the police unless I left empty handed. Buyer BEWARE!! As long as you see no need to ever get a refund or return anything, you should be fine, but plants, fish, pumps etcetera are NOT returnable, no matter what they tell you at the sales counter.

Great place for pond and fountain items – Very helpful people and they have a great selection of items from pumps and plants to different outdoor fish.
