Been going to this place for the last 23 years and they are awesome. They always have what you need and will answer all your questions. Support your local business otherwise we won't have any more local places to go to. People that go these brick and mortar stores to get the info and then buy online should be ashamed of themselves
Tranquility Ponds more than doubles the price of their products and then writes "all sales are final" very tiny on their receipts. I bought a pond pump for more than twice the price it is available anywhere else! The employee told me that it was cheaper than you could buy it anywhere else. When I looked on Amazon I was amazed that they would mark an item up this much and then sell it like I was getting a good deal. When I tried to return it they said "you can't return it because you opened it" I told them no I didn't open it... read more

Tranquility Ponds is awesome. They put in a pond and waterfall for me a few years ago and it looks amazing! I occasionally go into their store for pond stuff and their staff always takes the time to answer all my questions. Thanks guys!
1.0 star rating 2/25/2015 My Dad god rest his soul spent literally thousands and thousands of dollars on his "Pond", yes it was gorgeous, yes these folks were willing as hell to take his money on a limited retirement income and treat him like a prince. Fast forward, Dad dies and elderly Mom now has to try to maintain that monster of a pond. She worked with them a few times the did not treat her very well and seemed like the did not really want or need her business. Great Prices on Fish – I love my pond (just had it built), and yes I have a problem adding fish to my pond. I know I have too many in there now, but... Went into Tranquility Ponds for some algaecide and of coarse looked at the fish. Prices were half price of any place else, lots of koi and goldfish too.
Thank you – Best pond store I've been in, I'm coming from Seattle and nothing like this up there. The employee I spoke with had been with the company for 7 years, he really knew his stuff. I purchased a UV light and he took the unit out of the box and put the whole thing together for me...THANK YOU. Highly reccomend.
