Thanks Tranquility – Holy cow! My algae was out of control! The gentleman at Tranquility was not only helpful and polite...he was right. I did as instructed, now I clean my filter once a month instead of every other day. Thanks a million!
Customer Service A+ – Bought a pump from these guys almost a year ago to the date it went bad. Took it in and they gave me a brand new one...nice!
Very Helpful – Was looking for a contractor to build a small waterfall for my wife and I. These guys reccomended a company (Affordable Ponds) that they've been working with for over 15 years. Tranquility educated us on what was nessesary and all our options so by the time the contractor arrived to give us an estimate we were well educated. Anyhow we got just what we wanted and saved money thanks to their advice.
Wow, what a pond store – Just found these guys. Very educational, superb customer service, and lots of cool pond stuff.
Finally clear water! – I have not been able to keep my pond water, clear...so frustrated. Finally went to tranquility and now i'm good to go. Wish I hadn't waited so long. I actually enjoy my pond now, keeping the water clear has made all the difference. I bought a UV light from them, it went in easy and keeps the water perfectly clear, they even opened up the box and put it together for me before I left the store.
Shopping here for 20 years – Ive been buying stuff from theses guys since I purchased my first home 20 years ago. Writing this review to say thank you to the staff at Tranquility ponds for all their help. Lost my pump last year to the freeze, this year they sold me a de-icer to make sure that doesnt happen again. Thanks gents!
great service – Have had a pond for over 15 years and since day one i have always shopped at this store. I love the selection, nothing but pond and fish stuff and the service is friendly and smart. I just wanted everyone who has a pond to know that this is the place.
Best pond stuff in town! – Honestly went to a couple other places first because it was closer to home, but... Once we got to this store our search was over. Huge selection and the prices were surprisingly low. We went to Home Depot first and the prices at Tranquility were lower on the pump we wanted. The guy behind the counter glued everything together for us for free. Needless to say we love this place.
Average service, Great prices – We had to wait a bit to be helped, but they were busy so we tollerated it. Reputation for low prices was true and thats all we cared about. Bought some fish too, half the price of anywhere else.
