Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jeff took the time to carefully diagnose the issue and paid close attention to the details rather than just making a quick guess. Honest, dependable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!
We use Jeff anytime we have issues with our heating or cooling. Jeff is always fast, efficient and reasonably priced. He goes above and beyond to take care of our home. He is good people! Highly recommend!!
I used Jeff’s services for troubleshooting one of my heat pump/air conditioner units. He was kind enough to allow me to watch his diagnostic checklist, and I learned a few things. It’s good to know that he was honest enough to tell me the problem was a simple blown fuse. I’m sure a lot of other Hvac guys would’ve told me I needed a new unit or something. I have a new local neighbor HVAC guy and I am completely happy about it. If you live in Farragut Choto area call this guy you won’t be disappointed ! Thanks, Jeff.
Jeff is on it !! A few hours after the call it’s taken care of. Never had better service !!
Jeff and Michele at Tranquility are top notch! Jeff is very knowledgable and most importantly trustworthy. He had our system back up and running in no time. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. We recommend them to everyone we know!
