"Walk in's welcome!" NOT! THEY ARE NOT WELCOMING TO WALK IN'S! I've never been turned away at any place in my life! Usually a few minutes wait or they tell you to come back at a certain time.
Sometimes a good manicure and pedi. Don't ask for anything in particular. I did not want leg massage and the guy kept ignoring me and rubbed bruises into my easily bruised legs. Then tried to rub hot stones on my bruised legs. They don't pay attention to your requests.
I guess i was in the conversation corner. 4 workers (including my techinician!!?) talking and laughing throughout the pedi. Not relaxing. Plus i saw the woman preparing thise hot towels they wipe your legs with...they are DOUSED with snuggle (cheap fabric softener.....which i do not use because it is highly carcinogenic!) Done with this place.
I haven't even been there yet but after calling there I am so not impressed. Someone answered the phone who I couldn't even understand. I asked to speak to the manager and it took me 3 tries after she told me he wasn't there to understand she was asking me if anything was wrong. I just wanted to talk to whomever was in charge. A very young sounding woman got on and the noise in the background was horrific and I even mentioned it to her. I goy?y. .hat a gift certificate birthday and so far I've gotten two full set ,incentive alwayss always available and and very happy with him
I went to Tranquility for a pedicure, manicure, and wax. The business could use a lesson in customer service. I was never told how long the wait would be. I witnessed two nail techs telling a customer they wanted a tip. I walked away after waiting 25 minutes. I will never return. The service based business should be courteous to all customers.
Horrible place... I ended up getting a toe infection!! Had it for two months!! before I had to get some of my toe surgically fixed!! I told the lady who did my feet that she was hurting me and she didn't stop!! Never will I ever be going back here again!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!
