Was a 20-year customer till today. A bad gel dip — it happens — and way too short nails, but manager was unsympathetic. First time I ever complained, and the last.
Rush through even though no one else was here. Don’t feel like she really did a thorough job. ☹️
I paid $60 for one color, no design and they started breaking/chipping within 2 days. Never again.

I got my nails done and most of them broke down within a week. I wanted my 70$. Very poor quality.
They need to stay off there phones. I'm paying for a service and phones need to be on mute and away. I don't appreciate when they are talking on phone while doing my nails.
My friend and I go here for gel manis. Fun girl time. The one thing I dont like is they sort of rush you to pick colors and depending on who it is they can kind of slack on doing an A+ job. But the nails come out good 99% of the time, so as an afternoon away it's nice.
I spent $40 on a spa pedicure with a heel treatment and I left their with dry and rough heels the girl barely scrubbed them. I also splurged for the spa pedicure for a nice foot massage (I’m a hairdresser I’m on my feet 8 hours a day) and she barely massaged my feet and legs. I had to ask her 3 times for more pressure and she pretended like she didn’t hear me. Horrible experience. They are rude here too.
