Quite possibly the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever received. The staff was inexperienced and rushed through both services. My polish started peeling before I left due to poor application. My cuticles were chopped due to the lack of attention used by the young man giving me a manicure. Absolutely horrible.
Will never go here again I'm pissed, my nails looks terrible and I got my toes done but made them remove the nail polish and give me money back cause it was streaky and messy. They were rude to my friend and I one of them talked to me like I was stupid.
This used to be a nice place when it first opened. They seem to like adding on extra money for regular services. Check your bill carefully..... they don't give you an itemized bill, they just simply state you owe this much and if you don't question it you may be getting ripped off.
Was not happy with service at all. Wow massage was lacking. Toes not filed smoothly. The consistent chatter while getting my pedicure. The conversation took precedence over quality. I always tip not today. Wont be returning. My day off i pay for service. Disappointed.
Callus eliminator lotion used during my callus pedicure gave me a chemical burn. Had to seek medical attention afterwards. I received my $ back but this should not have happened. I will never go back and others should beware.
