Best place hands down that i’ve been to...i’ve tried many different places and this tops them all especially the pedicures!! I get a pedicure once a month and my nails done every two weeks! i refuse to go anywhere else now!
I’ve been here 3 or 4 times and always disappointed. I will not be returning. And to top it off they’d didn’t except my gift certificate. It was bought in Springfield but it’s the same spa owner- with the same name for goodness sake. Just poor business practice and they should disclose they don’t honor gift certificate at all their locations.
Every time I've gotten my nails done here I've gotten a nail fungus. They're so dirty, everything is run down and gross. Also a lot of the staff are rude and mistreated by other employees. Just horrible!!!!
Nail tech I had was THE rudest person: 1. Refused to do nail art I requested but finally gave in because another tech was doing my daughter's toes --but only doing each big toe versus all toes (wanted Mickey theme with red and white dots) 2. Messed up on one dot and refused to fix it 3. Set timer for 10 min massage as part of pedi package but ended way before timer went off-- she was already painting my toes when it went off 4. Just had the roughest, most nonrelaxing and rudest manicure in my life. Thanks a lot! Dirty equipment, Coldwater, poor attitude from the guy doing my nails, so rough it constantly hurt every finger... no matter how many times I said "ouch!!!" That's it I'm never coming back. This is my second time. The first time wasn't that impressive either but I came back to give it a second shot. And the funny thing is, no one really cares, there's no one to complain too, they just get you in and out and could care less. Bye!
I've been going here with my daughter every other week for gel manicures, never have an appointment, rarely wait more than a few minutes. Never have had an issue here
