The initial clean was solid overall, though there were a few tougher areas that needed additional attention. I shared my feedback with the team, and they were very responsive and professional about it. They quickly scheduled a re-clean, and the second pass was thorough and well done. I really appreciated how receptive they were to feedback and their willingness to make things right. That follow-up made a big difference, and I’m happy with the final result.

We have booked our cleaner (Sienna) a couple times now, and she has been efficient, friendly, considerate, and has made sure we were satisfied with results before leaving our home. I did have a less than satisfactory first visit for deep cleaning, but Tranquil Home was quick to make things right and offered a second cleaning at no additional charge to finish what was not done.
