This was our first experience with this company! We had Sydney clean for us and she was an absolute delight. Extremely thorough and professional but also super kind and chatty so I felt very comfortable with her in our home. Will absolutely be using her again.
Tranquil was great to work with, from setting up the appointment to the cleaning and final inspection.
A huge headache with disappointing results. I hired them for a move-in clean on an empty home so everything would be cleaned before the furniture arrived. Unfortunately, the house still had visible cat hair on the floor, a strong odor in one of the closets, and several other areas that were clearly overlooked. To make matters worse, before the cleaners came I was asked to send a bunch of pictures and answer a bunch of questions.
