I have lived here for over 2 years and have been living very comfortably! Maintenance is always quick to fix issues when submitted and our property manager is very kind and cares for her residents! I would confidently recommend these apartments to friends and family. I look forward to spending future years at this complex!
I recently toured with Aeriell she was very informative, nice , caring, and made the experience personable. The tour did not just feel like a business transaction. She showed me a very nice 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom. The property and the units were very clean and maintained. I can tell Aeriell loves what she does and she made my experience great. For this reason I do plan on leasing by the end of the month! Thank you Aeriell !!
The women at this community have gone ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate me. They have been so kind & supportive of me through every step of my application & move in journey. I couldn’t be happier!
I just moved in last week and I love the wooded views! I’m a nature person, so the views of the trees and Cahaba River is/was extremely intriguing to me. The application and move in process was smooth also. The ladies in the office were extremely thorough which made things a whole lot easier. I would recommend this community to anyone that I know.
I’ve lived at The Trails at Cahaba River for nearly five years. I can truly say that I would never live at another apartment complex on 280 because this one is that good! The apartments are nice and modern, maintenance is fast and thorough (even proactive- they repaired my balcony without me even having to call), and management is attentive and communicative.
