Vanesha has been a great help to me during my time at The Trails at Cahaba River. She has been able to answer all questions that I’ve had and followed up on my calls during busy hours. The maintenance team and the entirety of management has made my time here a special one
I lived here for 2 and a half years. The first 2 years were fine, but the last 6 months were awful. I had a leak and I placed in a repair request 4 different times before it was fixed. this cause some items to be ruined as well as a cabinent. The constant smell of weed and the dog crap that left by other residents was never inforced. All of that and then once I moved out they charged me a $200 fee for "Not informing them in time" even though they inform me of this last minute. I would not recommend living here
Vanesha, a leasing consultant here, has been so helpful to me with my move-in process from answering all my phone calls prior to signing, adjusting things for my needs, and personally being there for me during this experience the past few weeks. I needed assistance carrying a piece of furniture in and I called for help to request someone from maintenance, and instead of waiting for them she came down herself within 1 minute and helped me.
