I moved into this apartment community yesterday and I’ve had a great experience so far. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained, which made settling in feel really comfortable. My refrigerator has been broken. My dishwasher has never worked (promised a new one in 2022) and is collecting water at the bottom with a terrible stench. I called on 5/30 to have them fix it. No one ever showed up, called again today, they said someone would be here at the end of day. No one showed again. I have groceries that have spoiled and have had to throw away. I toured this property and had a great experience. The community was clean, the apartment was beautiful, and the layout was spacious. The staff was welcoming and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend touring here.
I was referred to this community by my sister, who absolutely loves her apartment here and couldn’t stop raving about how helpful Aeriell, the Community Manager, was during her move-in. After hearing her experience, I decided to get an apartment here too, and I’m so glad I did. Aeriell assisted me throughout the entire process, making my move-in incredibly smooth and stress-free. I love my apartment, and anytime I have a maintenance issue, the service team is prompt and professional. Highly recommend this community!
