I’ve had such a wonderful experience living in this apartment community! The assistant manager, Cierra, has been absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to help me through the move-in process and made everything so easy and stress-free. Having great management where you live is a huge plus. I have been living here for 7 years and any time that i have had an issue, Aeriell has been so helpful and patient. I can into the office to with a personal problem and the way Aeriell handled it was mind blowing. All i can say is i camw into the office feeling defeated and left tje office feelinh like i won a million bucks. Thank you!!!!!
I recently toured The Trails at Cahaba River with the manager, Aeriell, and had such a great experience! She was very professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The property was beautiful, well-kept, and had everything I’m looking for. I was really impressed with the amenities and overall atmosphere. I’ll be submitting my application this weekend and am excited about the possibility of making this my new home!
