I picked up my trailer after one of their inspections and they hooked up the trailer for me, it fell off the ball on my way home and dented my bumper and bedside and bent the jack on the trailer, they offered me a new latch pin for my trouble..........they claim that part of the hitch must have magically fallen out after I left and caused it to fall off, they are not willing to stand behind their service or own up to their mistakes

I went to Trailer’s plus with intentions to just browse, but turns out that they had the trailer I had been looking for. High quality well built trailer with trusted brand name running gear, and still affordable. Ted was very upfront with the cost of the trailer and the pros and cons with each different trailer. Justin and Levi were on top everything and made sure everything on the trailer was perfect. Very fast and professional service
