I've been living here for about six months now, and I love it. My neighbors are quiet, maintenance is quick, and it's in a great location. I can't speak for all the negative reviews, but I would recommend renting here.
MOLD ALERT - unfortunately this apartment is filled with black mold, I got so sick and all my hair fell out wile living in one of the units for 8 years. Now they want me to pay $6k for new carpets and blinds after 8 years? Manager is unbelievably awkward and makes ridiculous claims of property damage after I moved out, extremely racist, completely ruined my life living here.
I used to rent from this place about 6 years ago and it was always a nice place, and never really had any problems and if I did they took care of it right away. Since then they have a new landlord and honestly he is very rude, the couple times I have had any contact with him i got a bad vibe. Today I called there to see if they still had any of my info on file from when I lived there, because I'm trying to fill out applications for a new place and he was very short with me and then basically hung up on me.
