We’ve been staying here at least once a year for the last ten years. It’s been a good, convient place that meets all our needs. However, this year the house keeping staff was a disappointment. When I commented as I was paying, I was offered NOTHING for my inconvenience. Don’t know if we will stay there again. It definitely needs to be updated
Great Service...Clean rooms fully equipped with TV and AC and all the needed niceties.
We stayed there last night the staff was very friendly,the room was great 1st floor with pool excess from the room,and a great breakfast will be staying there again.
Okay to be honest I was skeptical. I figured we were going to get a step up from Motel 6 since the price was so great. Instead we walked into a hotel that was clean, updated and full of unexpected amenities. I highly recommend requesting a first floor, pool facing pool as you will have an external door that leads to your own patio space, easy acess to the pool and obviously great view of the pool. Sex orgy next door to our room. Mold around bathroom. Bed didn't appear to have bugs. Lady at check in was nice.
Great place to crash after a great day of hiking. Nice clean rooms and in between two excellent Missouri state parks. Very reasonable rates, would recommend to anyone
Employees were not very friendly. I am disabled & they were not accommodating for that at all. We were put on the 2nd floor with NO elevator had to struggle up 2 flights of stairs. Room was clean but bed was bouncy & uncomfortable. You might want to take your own toilet paper, it was thinner than phylo dough. Had to use half a roll for one use.
