Refused a room to one of our local heroes due to them living too close to the hotel, when they had reserved a room in advance! So 20 miles isn't too far to drive after drinking?! Horrible treatment of a veteran. You have lost my respect and business.
Refused me a room I had booked in advance. Said I lived to close. They prefer us to drink and drive then to pay for a room and do the right thing. Worker had no intention of helping us. Just refused me the room I booked. Horrible
So sad that you guys change the rule where you can’t get a room if your are local and turned a family member away we go to spokes twice a week to eat supper and have had room there before we won’t be going anymore
Our friends and us have stayed here many times and have never had any issues and it was a good hotel for no more than we were there. However, our experience this weekend was “Beyond allowable”!!! On Friday night there was a bunch of partying going on until about 2am, said something to front desk the next day. Then last night (Saturday evening) at 2:48am there is yet another drunk party going on but tonight and very out of control it was just below our room with yelling, men peeing in the courtyard by pool, drunk men swimming... read more
Good hospitality, I highly recommend here. Pool was cool but steps have grips on them.
Checked the room upon checking in, there were no bed bugs and the room was ok, however after I pulled the blankets and top sheet back I found the bed covered in pubic hair. There were no housekeepers on duty so I had to change the sheets out myself. The pillow case was turned inside out and stained with blood. There are signs to the fitness center, but there is nothing but an empty carpeted floor..... No machines or weights. Not liking this place.
The only good thing about this establishment was the set up of hotel because it was all convenient. Bad sides which we attempted to address but none of the employees cared to address. That hotel is FULL of mold! I'll be making a call in regards to this issues to a higher authority since the manager stated she couldn't do anything about it. We booked two double beds yet they gave us two king rooms and tried charging us for roll aways. My husband and I were both injured getting into the swimming pool as the steps were very slick. Notified the front desk - she offered to tell maintenance. The room was nice but I would have expected a manager to contact us and at least comp part of the room.
I absolutely love it! We feel like family when we are there Mary, April, and Ron are friends to us� thank you guys for being you and all you do
