I first stayed at this hotel two years ago with my tour company. They hospitality and cleanliness is great. The general manager is amazing and very down to earth she made us feel right at home. I came back for spring break and i am so glad i chose to stay here again! There is nothing better than feeling like your patronage is appreciated. There was a woman in need of an uber bc her car got towed and the front desk employee paid for her uber with his own money. I will never stay anywhere else in Miami when visiting! 1st room #404 had a shattered glass door and people constantly moving furniture above. Looked very outdated and not clean or comfortable. Asked to be moved to a different room(#519) which was nicer but had a roach which we have a picture of. Gave us a sheet of Xerox paper with a handwritten parking pass for $32. Asked before 11a if we can stay till 1p because our flight wasn't until 6p but was told they could not accommodate because it was booked up for the high season.
