Personalmente fatal porque me robaron en la habitación, probablemente fue el servicio de habitaciones porque no hubo manipulación en la puerta. Sentí una gran impotencia porque la Direccion del hotel no me permitió siquiera hablar con el personal al del servicio de habitaciones. Finalmente hice la denuncia a la policía para que al menos quede constancia de lo sucedido.
