I have been working with Tradewinds for over 6 years. They are by far the best property management company around. They treat their property owners, renters and vendors right. Most management companies fall short when it comes to response times, communication and the company they keep. I have been using Tradewind Properties for approximately two years as a management company. We have some fabulous renters at our property and Tradewind Properties has ensured the property is being cared for. They have always been responsive to my inquiries and were very helpful in getting a tree removal service for our property after a tornado downed four trees. I have had a positive experience with the company and feel everyone there is looking out for my needs. Thank you!
I recently used Tradewind Properties to rent out and manage my house and am so happy that I went with them! I accepted a job out of state, and had a really quick timeline to move. Tradewind Properties was able to secure a tenant within two weeks, and took care of certain logistics that I was unable to since I had already moved. Communication was great, and anytime I reached out I always heard back within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!
I just stated renting with this company but have been very impressed with customer service and repair calls have been responded to almost immediately.
If you need repair work on your rental, they will stop communication and start charging unfair fees. Very dissatisfied.
They are the worst company to be with!!!!!!! If you ever need a house or apartment PLEASE TURN AND RUNNN!! I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
