All of the staff at Tradewind Properties has been so great! Shoutout to Michelle at their Maple Grove office-- shes been so understanding and helpful every step of the moving process thus far!
I wouldn't say to avoid renting through Tradewinds at all cost. We were faith renters for two and a half years always paid on time and never complained. We kept a beautiful home in Chanhassen. When it came to end the lease they refused to give back our deposit even after they required us to pay $300 for carpet cleaning. We had the home professionally cleaned and detailed prior to our move out. They kept $1850 and have refused to communicate with us for a resolution. They have forced us to start the legal process. Tradewind Properties has been fantastic through the whole process from setting up showings to contract completion & helping me into the new place. They staff is very helpful, responsive, caring and detailed oriented. It made the moving process very easy and hassle free.!
