Tradewind has truly helped me through a tough time. They always accommodated my family needs and worked with my schedule. They've maintained great communication with me. They even gave me step by step instructions on how to winterize my home and included pictures. But the best, by far, was a gift they gave me for Veterans Day. I was really struggling. I've never had a business care about me and my family the way Tradewind has.
Tradewind Properties has under handed tactics in the initial phase of the application. For example over stepping boundaries. They approved, and denied my application., and also denied my young adult children over credit. One of which is disabled. Shameful! A waste of time and money. And the property wasn’t anything like the pictures look! Invasion of privacy and Misleading “ is the big picture”! Would not recommend this company not worth the credit ripoff!
RecommendedJessica was amazing in helping us find our home, start to finish! It took a long time to find the right place, but she never faltered in helping us and explaining the process. And when she had to leave town for a week, she made sure Lindsey was available as a back up! We are so excited for our new home!!
I rented my home to Tradewinds for 3 years. In that time, the renters dog urinated all over my walls. The renters reported the shower door would not close in 2016, but also never told me again that the solution we found did not work, thus leaving my master bath FULL of mold. Tradewinds took no responsibility for this. The $85 a month that I paid to have my home managed, meant nothing. Tradewind has been our family's property management company for 10 years. During that time we have had many move-ins, inspections, and maintenance issues to handle. Trade wind staff have consistently been professional, efficient, timely and have gone the extra mile to be helpful. We've been satisfied as landlords and when we've asked our tenants for feedback about Tradewind, they have been satisfied and have had no complaints. I highly recommend Tradewind Properties services.
I had very good service and courteous people at Tradewind. Judy who answered my phone calls was helpful and answered my questions. Barb was courteous and always let us know when she would be by to do inspection or corrections. The house we rented is clean, airy, spacious and everything they claimed it to be. I am pleased with the service and hope that we have found a home for awhile.
Called to see a property, no returned phone call. Called again after the weekend and applications for someone else were being processed. Women was rude, unwilling to apologize for her or others poor service. Really disappointed I lost the chance to see the property but happy to discover a bad company that I can avoid renting from.
