Update to my earlier post: I posted my review on TradeUp’s Facebook page and the comments were deleted and I was blocked from their FB business page. That says all you need to know about their shady business practices.
My wife and I bought a 2015 f150 from Amy here and she made it the easiest purchase possible. The entire store from the owner mr.brandon, all the way to Mr. Bailey the finance manager, and Amy all where in constant communication; so that when we drove from Knoxville to chattanooga it was quick and pain free. We cannot be more thankful and happy with the buisness that was conducted!
Great place to purchase a truck from, they are very friendly people to work with. I love that they’re Christian and ex military, they won’t bs you on if a vehicle has issues or what not, they’re very straight forward. Here they’re not about just selling vehicles to people, they make sure the vehicle fits you and what you’re looking for… i will definitely be shopping here again in the future.
I was looking for a truck and I was able to do most of my shopping online but Amy was happy to answer any questions I had and took me through the whole process. I drove about an hour and a half to test drive and I’m glad I did. The whole experience was easy and I walked out with a new vehicle.
