I contacted roadside assistance at 1230 in the morning. I kept getting music, no representative ever answered. It was cold and my car was not in a safe place. Fast forward, I came back a little before 6am and my car had been impounded. I had to pay for the impound around 9am. I called Traders roadside with no success 3 times. This is the WORST insurance company EVER!!! Very shady and sneaky! They took $443 dollars out of my checking account on a CLOSED policy and refuse to return it!!!! They are under investigation by my bank! The "so called" customer service agents in billing are hateful and rude! You ***'s won't get another **** dime from me and I WILL get my money back!!! ********!!!!
Worst claims department I have ever dealt with. Literally called them 20 times and no response. I left 3 voice mails and got zero replies. I also have screen shots for proof. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Be warned never ever EVER use this company. They have an F for a reason.
I was involved in an auto accident with a person who has Traders Insurance fault was very clear their insured rear-ended a car which rear-ended me. The driver of the car tried to leave the scene before we could get his insurance info. From the very beginning the adjuster Chris S****** with Traders has been very difficult, will not respond to calls or emails when he does he is very condescending and rude.
