This company is a joke. Their client hit our car and it has not been repaired after six months. The lie and deny the proof in front of them. Even *********************************, who is the upper management , made promises that were ignored. This place should be sued and investigated by the federal government. Not answering your phone for months does not reduce your liability. Shut this place down.

If I can I will give 0 star. This Insurance company is built to discourage people . I got hit by one of their insured vehicles. From Nov 23, 2021 toJan 24, 2022, the adjuster didnt do nothing. Every time I called him, he said I am investigation.He said: the insurer is not answering, so I have to close the claim. He can say is, why don't you file it on your insurance. Why would we do that? I'm not paying a deductible because they can't do things in a timely manner. Highly unrecommended!

*************************** is the most disrespectful adjuster I have ever worked with.She has no customer service skills.They took 3 weeks to reach out to me after filing my claim and all I got was a measly letter telling me I need to contact them.I did just that with filing the claim within 24 hours of accident.I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Was pulling a horse trailer and was side swiped by a Traders Insured driver. Absolutely slowest response from a insurance company I have ever seen. Mind you I own a business and am a licensed insurance agent in ******** and Kansas. This insurance company could careless about making this right by me. I have lost out on 100% use of my trailer we own 7 horses and a mule. I have had to rent trailers, pay extra for farrier to make two locations as I can not bring horses home unless I rent a tr... read more

I had full coverage insurance through Traders Auto Insurance. My son borrowed my car and was in a wreck and my car was totaled. Traders denied my claim. They did not repair or pay for my car damage. Nor did they pay for the loan on my car. My son was not on my policy because he didnt drive my car and didnt live with me. My car was parked behind his and i didnt want to move it. Also you cant just call Traders and talk to someone. They send you to a voice mail and they contact you back 24 hours later.

I would NEVER, EVER recommend Traders Insurance Company! I was insured by Traders (Full-Coverage). I allowed my son who did not live with me borrow my car. Unfortunately, he was involved in a horrific roll over accident and my car was totaled. Traders Insurance Company completely denied my claim. They did not pay for the tow, a rental car, and they definitely did not pay the lien holder of my car. My son was not on my policy because he did not live with me, he was not an excluded driver. One of their insured backed into my vehicle on 7/8/2021 and I submitted photos and made statement. After two weeks. I inquired about progress. They're working on it. Adjuster told me I could use my own insurance to make repairs. Pay a $250 deductible because their client backed into me?? Not a good company in my opinion.

Got hit by one of their insured vehicles. It's been over a month, they've already found their vehicle at fault and they're still "figuring" things out. Poor communication. We are out of a vehicle and all they can say is, why don't you file it on your insurance. Why would we do that? I'm not paying a deductible because they can't do things in a timely manner. Highly unrecommended!!
