They did the inspection on our home prior to the purchase. That was only 4 months ago. Since then we've had multiple issues that they should have caught. I've called them multiple times and they don't return calls or return to the home as promised. We are very unsatisfied with their service. I would advise against using them for an inspection or service.
You will not find a more thorough inspection company! And their customer service is impeccable!!
