I am a first-time homebuyer, so everything has been very new. Brian was great, so patient and knowledgeable. He made an effort to explain each of the things he identified and the solutions.

I hired Trademark to do a home inspection before I purchased my house. While the report seemed fine, after we bought the house, we found that a crawl space had not been looked at and it contained huge amounts of black mold. I was told that it was not their fault as they are not required to move personal belongings. This has resulted in severe health problems and a $10,000 bill to repair and remove the mold. We never would have bought the house had we known.

Had our inspection done by Brian. He was awesome. He went over the home from top to bottom explaining everything to me every step of the way. Offered me great advice on home maintenance, and went into detail explaining things I wasn't familiar with. Thanks again Brian. So I have to update this review, dropped it from 5 to 3 stars. 9 days after the inspection and I'm still waiting on the Radon Test results.
