I wish owners stopped using this company. This is not a management company as they do not manage anything but the fees to collect. They never answer the phone, have a mess in their office not able to provide contracts on time, and then they blame it on you when they cannot find a signed contract. Their office is a revolving door. In 5 years we had several "managers", every one of them incompetent, and not returning calls. Trying to get maintenance is an ordeal. I wish owners stopped using them or they just went bankrupt.
