I felt like pretty special walking in here. Within a few minutes walking in the door, everyone in sight jumped to greet me. I felt well-taken care of the entire time.

My car couldn't have broken down in a better place; within walking distance of this shop. Obviously I was distraught by the entire episode but after meeting the mechanics, I felt so much more at ease. Luckily, it was an easy fix and I was only without a car for 2 days.

My car broke down and I remembered Tracy's Automotive generosity, so I decided to trust them with repairing my vehicle. He replaced a busted pulley and belt (labor included) for about $100 out the door. A fair deal in my opinion. I want to add that this guy has a great personality! Honest mechanic who won't 'oversell' his services. He will repair what you need, no more, no less.
