Tracy’s Automotive in Goddard Ks. is a joke! I took my F-350 there for an oil change, check engine light and to put on new vacuum hose. While at the bank across the highway, I noticed a mechanic get in my truck and drive across the highway into bank parking lot, go in bank, come back out, get in truck, and drive back to Tracy’s. I was MAD!! How do you justify using my truck as their personal vehicle to run their errands. I told my wife I bet they try to pawn it off as a “test drive”. This is a very reliable shop, I never been disappointed with their service.
They inform me of the state of the issues they have found and give me my options. With service like this and such a clean shop you can bet I will keep coming back.
