Most professional establishment I've been in. – They saved me from having to walk a mile in the cold and gave me a ride home (after coffee, of course)! The staff was friendly and I got my care serviced same day with no appointment. I've been in a lot of garages in a lot of states and I can honestly say this is the most professional, aver joe-friendly car fixing establishment I've been in.

What a nice change. – What a nice change! I've been bringing my car in for oil changes for a year and have just now decided to try them on my other scheduled maintanance items. They were right on the money and gave me all my replaced parts. They didn't do needless repairs/part replacement. I'm a very happy camper! I will be back next week with my fleet car.

This place was great! I went in for an alignment and to have a vibration checked out after my wife hit a curb with the help of some ice. They didn't give me any BS or try to up-sell me. Everything was explained and documented in great detail and they were totally upfront about all charges, calling me before they did anything that wasn't originally agreed upon.

Mike is always helpful and courteous. – I've been going to the downtown store for a long time now - all my personal and business vehicles get serviced there. Mike is always helpful and courteous; if something didn't go right, he took care of it.

This is the first auto repair shop that I haven't worried about being taken for a ride. The shop is clean, comfortable, mechanics are uniformed, professional, and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Very educational and helpful! – I went to Tracy's this morning for a tire issue - they were very informed on the nitrogen tires I have (mine had been leaking and they're not supposed to). They educated me about the nitrogen issues and fixed the problem - NO CHARGE! They can do all the servicing on my car so I will definitively be back there again - they also have a very comfortable waiting area with a TV, current magazines, and coffee.

Excellent service!!! – Tracy's offers Engine repair, Air Conditioning repair and servicing, oil change service, computerized wheel balancing and computer alignments to name a few. They also offer a shuttle service to those who will be without an automobile while they are working on it. I have personally done quite a bit of business with them and will continue to do so. They offer coupon in the SBC phone book and give great deals.
