Honest and reliable – I had a great experience at Tracy's Automotive. I got to the shop on a Saturday morning by 9am, no wait, my car was serviced quickly and the owner was very attentive. They pointed out that my hood rod was missing a protective tip and recommended that I visit the dealership to get it replaced because they did not have the part in stock.
Excellent service! – I have to thank the front desk personnel and the technician who worked on my vehicle. I am very particular about my vehicles and only take them if for things I can not do myself. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the alignment done on my modified Mustang was done quickly and properly with no issues. Thank you

My car was on the verge of being "totaled" due to some timing belt, and water pump issues, but Tracy's Auto saved my car and me from having to to spend a fortune.
