BEWARE - Be sure it's fixed before you pay! – Beware, we took my daughters 2005 Ford Escape in because we had a knocking sound coming from the engine, the car now has 168,000 miles. The next day they called and told me it needed 3 out of the 4 engine mounts replaced, for roughly $550, then I had a rear seal and something else minor wrong for another $2-300. Great Deal – Came to this shop for the first time to get a check up, and absolutely loved it. They did an oil change and rotated and balanced my tires for such a great deal, and they worked really fast. I was super impressed. I will definitely be back.

I'm not a car gal, nor do I usually feel comfortable when I'm talking with mechanics, but every time I go to Tracy's I feel like I'm getting good work at a fair price. The first time I brought my car in it was the Friday before a holiday weekend, and they stayed after hours to make sure I had my car back asap. They are nice, friendly, and is straightforward when it comes to their work. They don't try to sell you on things you don't need, and they charge a good rate for the work that needs to get done.

oil change and tire rotation – I have been taking my 2003 Honda into Tracy's Auto for nearly 2 years now. the staff there are always patient, trustworthy and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They have saved me hundreds of dollars on service. It is well worth a visit.

Properly Service – I was definitely not disappointed. Tracy's Automotive will literally bend over backwards to make sure that your car is properly serviced, that you pay as little as possible and that all of your questions are answered. He will also take the time to explain what he did to your car, why he did it and even the engineering background if you're interested.
