Unprofessional and hold clients to higher standards than their own staff. I’ve had multiple bad experiences, including my psychiatrist forgetting my name multiple times (Calling me Laura) and forgetting my father died. I had asked over a year ago if I could see someone else but they said she was the only psychiatrist they had (I should have found a different office right then) They send reminders about appointments but do it with less than 48 hours notice, then enforce a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule fee. I have gone to Tracy Hill and Assoc. for five years and it has been game changing. Tracy has helped me in so many ways that I consider her my life coach. During my sessions it gets real and she is great at pulling out the bullshit card (literally, she has a laminated card that says bullshit) when I am less than truthful or kidding myself about reality. My experience with the Center started off positively. Unfortunately, multiple aspects of the care provided, especially unclear administrative communication and internal turnover, have left a sour taste in the mouth, ultimately misaligned with my expectations. The organization attracts talent, but the organization itself needs to improve its client-facing communication strategies.
