Purchased high end asphalt over metal roof tile. Plus new soffit all around. Showed up and did the work as agreed. Had a leak around the fireplace. And part of the soffit fell off as it had not been installed correctly. Called Cantley direct several time to fix it. Never showed up. Finally he said he had attorneys and for us to take a hike (paraphrase). Also white caulk on a black roof looks like, well you know. Hired another company to finish the job right.
I am so happy with the work that Tracy Cantley and Co did for us. They went above and beyond with adding a roof sealant; they made sure everything was perfect. We are so happy
Had Mr Cantley put a metal roof on my house 8 years ago. Have had nothing but problems since. Now must put a whole new roof including replacing a lot of the decking
