I visited this store and received the best customer service from the employee Frank. This employee guided us on how to keep our Rottweiler comfortable. He showed us what type of comfort is most comfortable for our dog. He is a very kind and friendly person. We are very grateful, and I recommend Frank and Tractor Supply. This review has nothing to do with the employees as they were so kind and approachable. This review comes from my experience with the dog washing station. To begin, the leashes are not long enough to hold a small dog in place, the brushes are not replaced as much as they should be. There was dog hair on the brushes from other dogs and hair everywhere. The "towels" that they provide you are the size of dish rags and the air that blows out of their vacuum is COLD. My dog was shivering and crying. My fiancé ended up taking off ... read more
